Google Form: The Only Assessment Tool You Need

It is a concurrent theme that my reviews always seek for something that's mostly simple and gets the job done. Although I have already done two of Google's product (YouTube and Google Meet), I have to go with Google Form for my go-to assessment tool. It isn't  as much as being a fanatic, as it's just something that Google has designed just works really well sometimes. Its simplicity, its UI, and just its overall user-friendly experience catch my attention.

For you who don't know what Google Form (i.e. Gform) is, it is  a service provided by Alphabet (the parent company of Google) that allows user to make an online form. That's it, it's that simple. The possibility however, is endless. People have been using it for quiz form,  language proficiency test (cough cough, PUSBA), and questionnaire for gathering data. After the data are all gathered, you can see the trend of the data, and you can also download the data in *.xls (excel) format. Whenever you need a form to gather data, Gform has you all covered.

From my own experience, I have used it for gathering data for my college paper and to make a quiz in relatively medium scale (32 responses). Here, I will talk more about making a quiz since it covers more of its capacity as an assessment tool. Now look carefully at the picture below:

First, it has the ability to give commands as text and picture. Although at first it looks like a drawback since it doesn't support audio and video, it's a fixable drawback. You can still link video and audio via YouTube and Google Drive.
Second, You can give score directly to the contents or the questions.
Third, since you can attach score directly to the questions, the participants can get the score directly after finishing the quiz if you choose to.
Fourth, You can see trends on which question is the hardest or the easiest for the participants.
Lastly, You can download the spreadsheet to process the data to your liking.

To wrap up this essay of mine, I'll try convince you to at least try Gform as a tool for your data collecting tool and assessment. Below, I'll add my scores to further convince as the reader.
